Lets see... they packaged the part for shipment, printed the shipping label, had the carrier pick up the part or sent part out to the carrier all within 5 minutes of purchase on the ebay website. They shipped part, I sent back and they would only refund partial payment. Ebay got involved and solved the problem. Never again
