He needed a spacer for a Edge 9000 lightbar, not the LFL series. We ask him to return it and we would swap the item for the correct one. He then sent the item back and it was returned to him by USPS as "unable to deliver, no such address". We sent him exactly what he ordered and certainly did not "Refuse" his return. We were happy to offer an exchange, but we can't control how the return is addressed.
