I bought a Kipling book bag from this seller and it was new. I received it, was excited about it and then when I was checking it out the zipper was getting stuck and difficult to open and close etc. I wanted to return it but there was a technical difficulty on my end and eBay said I needed to contact the seller to return it. Once I sent a message I got no response and had no way to return it. Was very disappointed because they were communicating before and now that they have my money they stop.
