Cord looks fine there's power going through it but for some reason my Garmin express app will not recognize the Gps! And I used multiple cords too Not sellers fault cord is good and good price and fast delivery too Highly recommend

Sometimes the cache and cookies need clearing or trying a different USB helps. Restart the computer as well. Hope this helps
