The issue the buyer has with this product is not directly our fault as a seller, so the feedback is not really fair. The buyer has ordered a replacement for the one shown in the photo, so that would also indicate that the buyer definitely doesn't believe the filter is the cause of the issue. Otherwise, why would you replace it with another one exactly the same. I would be fairly sure that another issue caused this and unfortunately, the product warranty does not cover it being set on fire.
