    i'm usually pretty close to market on shipping, but i noticed many of usps rates have gone up since the beginning of summer, and those are out of my control, and to boot, ebay takes a sales commission rate on total sale, which includes the shipping charges, so i did raise the handling fee to try and cover their hit
