I purchase a coat from the seller for $35.45 received the item,opened the package and the smell was musky the zipper did not work, I asked for a full refund he replied back. I will give you a full refund, I only received $12.95. First, the buyer was given a full refund. The claim that they only received 12.95 is an outright lie. Second, the zipper did in fact work. It worked when I sold it, and it worked when I got the jacket back. I'm not sure why the buyer couldn't figure it out. This buyer seems to be looking for other sellers to badmouth and defame. Oh well.
