- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasepackage arrived 2/10 in good order, the item was as described, with good sound and weight, unfortunately the trailing bogey on the tender was dislodged from the frame of the tender, and will need some serious attention, for the cost of postage i would have expected a more substantial package, thanks, alan.Reply from: steam555- Feedback replied by seller steam555.- Feedback replied by seller steam555.Hi Allen sorry to hear the cabforward arrived damaged, it wasn’t this way when packaged & send it. you can see by the packaging the item was bubble wrapped and box was made from thick cardboard (boxes are not available for big long locomotives like these) to protect the locomotive from Australia post rough handiling , the cabforward was insured though Australia post for the price you paid . If you had emailed me instead just leaving feedback I could approached oz post about some sort of refund
