Instead of apology or any other decent customer service response, I got “How do you want to remedy this?” It wasn’t MY fault. So some acceptance for seller’s mistakes, some sympathy, any kindness at all would have made a world of difference. Alas, I was met w/ cold hard words. Was told I could ship it back for a refund. When I asked the seller to give me a return label on their dime for their mistake, they stopped talking. But a refund was eventually given. #ColdFeelings
