    tem was as described and brand new- item was not listed as brand new and it was listed as new where item was guaranteed new and in not original packing and boxing- I am not sure if buyer had to use box or the machine, he complained for- offered the return straight away - I am surprised instead of returning item buyer claimed is not as described- and left negative feedback- and finally buyer got what he wanted- and full refund plus the coffee machine too-- enjoy free coffee machine this winter.
