I should have researched the listing title as it led me directly to Amazon for less money. Product itself must have new packaging (seller photo didn't match actual item sent). Tracking number was not recognized by ebay at all (because it was Amazon). Seller claims they are a "fulfillment partner" to ship their products efficiently. That doesn't change that drop shipping is prohibited.
