    Seller was impossible to deal with, and backed out of deal last minute. Paid the $500 deposit through eBay, paid to have the car inspected by a third party, paid to overnight a check to pay for the rest of the balance in full but the seller said eBay advised him not to sell the car like that. Lots of time, money, and effort spent trying to buy this car but the seller ended up being completely rude and backed out of the deal. Now I have to pay to have my check overnighted back to me. Horrible.

    This clown tried to pay $12,000 for an automobile OUTSIDE of eBay w/ a check (who knows if the check was good?) which eBay strictly advises against. He wanted me to risk my safety by giving my home address to his supposed local “friend” so he could come check the car out which I did not agree to so I canceled the sale and refunded his $500 deposit. He chose to have the car inspected and knew he could lose that money. Had he paid through eBay like a normal buyer, the sale would’ve been completed.
