    Car model arrived broken, with missing parts and parts that had been glued back on poorly. Seller refused to refund my money or let me return the item but did end up agreeing to a small parcel amount after much back and forth.The model is worthless to me the way it is.This seller was very hard to deal with.l would never deal with them again.

    This Diecast Model was not broken or glued in any part at time of shipment and product was complete. Partial refund was offered and negotiated and customer accepted, with a couple of eBay Message exchanges, not "much back and forth." I strive to provide excellent customer service with every order: 1- Quick response when customer purchases and item. 2- Most items have 3 days to ship, I attempt to have shipped with in the first day. 3- I respond to offers, in a reasonable amount of time.
