    I am sorry this buyer is unhappy, but this is one side of the situation (which is still on This item was shipped to the Phillippines and if it was returned (according to Ebay) the buyer would be responsible for shipping cost, which I would have accepted. I did offer to compensate her and she could keep the piece. I have been commuting with this client for a long time prior and sent her additional photos and put a video on my listing so she could check it out. She didn't notice it either.
