    Print arrived inadequately packaged Although beautifully framed The glass was shattered , multitude of small and tiny shards. Packaged was stamped at post office as damaged on receipt. Sender put in flimsy cardboard ( Broken down and reconfigured mailing box available at post offices) with very thin bubble wrap ,one layer, around piece.

    I am truly sorry that package arrived damaged. I carefully packaged the item. Shipping costs included that item contents were fragile and was labeled as such at the USPS office. It is out my control how the package is handled. If you want to claim damage to USPS, you can. I can mail you the receipt and you can get compensated via USPS for the damage glass. However, I dont agree with your negative feedback because you are placing all the blame solely on me and not the delivery service.
