TheRLshop was very helpful and answered our questions within a few minutes to a couple of hours. It was boxed up well and had plenty of padding to protect the item (electronics). The item is used, but it looks like new and it saved us between $130.00 and $200.00. We'll come back to TheRLshop later on and see what else they have.
