    For the price I paid it was very good value and free delivery. The pictures given were bit misleading as it showed a filter in the teapot which was not in the box. As I have no use for a filter it didn't matter to me but felt it should not have been included in the description as it was misleading.

    Purchased an item listed as "New". when it arrived the box was all damaged and the item had signs of use, item was also faulty. it seems i had been sent a previously Faulty returned item. i messaged the seller asking for advise, had no reply. so i opened an eBay return case, sent the item back. seller received it and only refunded me half the money and tried to say i returned a different item to what he sent! had to get eBay to step in! check his other negative feedbacks! AVOID THIS SELLER!!!

    The item was returned to us in a very used condition, which is not how it was supplied. When the buyer purchased, they stated it was for a gift however it wasnt, the listing clearly mentioned that the box was damaged. We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, but we cannot offer a full refund when an item is returned in a significantly different condition to when it was sent.
