    Seller shipped an older version and different part number of an oven control board than the listing specified. Packaging was a reused cardboard box with no internal packaging so the circuit card was free floating in the box. The seller advised me to cancel the return as they would issue a refund, but the seller never issued the refund, & I didn't drop my eBay claim. Eventually a return label was issued, the return made, and the money returned. About 1 month of trouble, lost time , & effort.
