    The arrestor was inspected on return and confirmed to be in perfect condition with no defect. This is a DIY product that requires basic plumbing skills and proper tools (wrench and Teflon tape) to tighten the swivel fitting and compress the washer against the machine inlet. Leakage can only result from incorrect installation, not from any fault in the product.
