      Sold me faulty Ram. Kindly took it back but then tells EBay the Ram isn’t faulty (which it clearly was). If the ram wasn’t faulty why did you not relist it? That’s right, because it was faulty! Neutral for lying to eBay that I abused the return policy. Not negative because they did take the return but then lied to eBay that I abused the return policy.
