Envelope Was more than 1/4 inch thick and hard plastic inside Therefore the item was two weeks late and when it arrived I had to pay COD. Refused to reimburse me blaming me for accepting it. We went back and forth for days and he didn't understand, so I finally gave up. Beware and make sure he uses the proper shipping methods. I’ve shipped more cards than that without issues the same way. The post office spelled “non machinable” incorrectly on the envelope.the buyers post office Charging $5.72 is ridiculous just for the thickness and not the weight. No actual proof either way. No receipt from the post office was shown for that amount. Look at my feedback obviously this was a fluke situation. Don’t need to tell other buyers to beware.
