Shipping was more than double what it could have cost if it had been mailed in a lightweight jiffy mailer. This small item weighed only a few ounces and would have cost about $5.00 sent USPS Ground. Instead, it was mailed in a larger box at a higher cost than was necessary. I just don’t like paying more than is necessary. This badge was from a motor company that existed one year (1905-1906) and was badge no 12 . It was in awesome condition and priced way below what research indicated it should sell for. This buyer had been offered a local pickup option (requiring pickup in 5 days) after the auction ended , he chose to have me ship it. The shipping option we use is the Ebay offered shipping options through the USPS. Buyers universally rave over our shipping process.
