On Royal Mail said ‘ The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail.’ Seller told me they’d been delayed which is fine and that they had now sent item so wanted me to retract my dispute so it didn’t refund and that I’d get it in a day or two. Item never came. Be very careful with this seller. I never received my item
