      I ordered a poster for Warped Tour, Long Beach and received a part to a drum set. Seller refused to admit fault or work on any resolution even after I uploaded clear pictures of the item I received as well as the box with a clear picture of the shipping label to leave no doubt that this was the package attached to my order. The seller ignored the pictures and said they can't help me without any proof and the first chance they got, they asked ebay to step in to help resolve the issue. He lost.
