Evidently they have lower standers in China than they do in other countries, The ziplock bag was busted and only one washer was still in the box and missing a set screw the larger bolts was loose in the box, I bought all new stainless steel bolts and washers at the local hardware store replaced all the Chinese fasteners. I had to bend the right side guard to get it to line up and fit, very poor quality!
