    Arrived SLIGHTLY BUT OBVIOUSLY damaged. Seller graciously issued a partial refund. Upon installing, item was DOA. Seller refunded money and offered a 15% discount on a future item. Other than the item not being AS DESCRIBED, the seller did the best they could at rectifying the situation. Unfortunately, we really needed this prior to a heat wave and it cost us time, effort, energy, and more than a 15% discount. Hopefully, they work on their quality control bc their customer service was great.
