    Product arrived exactly as advertised, I needed to replace a crisper drawer and this did the trick. The condition said it had been in a showroom but it looks brand new to me. Quality and appearance are therefore excellent. This cost much less than buying the same thing brand new. Packaging for shipment was absolutely impeccable, this thing would have withstood a tornado. It could not have been better! I would highly recommend this seller.

    This seller is amazing! I ordered this shelf as it has the part number that I need. However, when I received it, it does not fit in my fridge. I contacted the seller and I was told the same part number was used for different fridges and the shelves might be different. I sent the seller some pictures and they immediately started looking for the shelf that I need. They sent a picture of what they found and are seeing it as a replacement at no charge to me! The is great customer service!
