      On 10/09/25 I received the new Russell Hobbs iron; On inspection, the box was wrapped in bubble wrap followed by black plastic bag using cellophane tape and the lid was ripped off. The RH iron had been used with contaminate water still in the iron which is a potential caused of Legionnaires disease. There were scratches on the side of iron and a faint dent on the other side of iron. Quality poor; not value for money. Seller couldn't with bothered with presentation and appearance.

      As a private seller, I always do my best to describe and send items accurately and safely. I was disappointed to see this review as I responded promptly and cooperatively to your concern and arranged the return without issue. The item was sold in good faith and packaged securely. I did everything possible to resolve the matter once it was raised. While I respect your opinion, I feel this review does not reflect the effort and cooperation given throughout the process.
