      Was surprised that cd wasn’t in a case just in a thin cardboard pocket sleeve and in a plastic outter baggie . It could have easily have been broken during shipping. Not even any bubble wrap or something to protect it. Otherwise love the product.

      Not as surprised as we were with their feedback. We ship all our Dvds/blu-rays, CDs, video games, magazines, etc in yellow Manilla bubbled envelopes Not sure what they are talking about when they got it in just a plastic outter baggie? Messaged to clarify since it was ordered in June, maybe they me mixed up with someone else.
