I bought the Zune and it shipped to me within a week. It was package fully with bubble wrap and had no new cracks/scratches/etc. When I went to turn it on it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in and let it charge, and it won't fully turn on. The device's battery is dead and needed a replacement. Hopefully I can repair the device, but it was sold as it working.
