    This seller sent the wrong PJ top and it was the wrong size, different style and color. I also had to contact them to remind them to send it. Wanted to reach out ask what happened, but could not get "contact seller" link to work. They either made a mistake or didn't bother to tell me it was being substituted. Total waste of money. No returns. This not typical of my Ebay purchases, it's never happened before. Beware of this seller!! Pictures below: 1st is one I ordered. 2nd is what I got.

    I am always happy to remedy any problem that a buyer has with a product- though communication is key. Yes, this was a mistake in shipping the wrong product, that I would have accommodated with a full refund (my first in 12+ years of selling online). If the contact seller link did not work, I would have advised the buyer to contact eBay directly, in order to allow me to take the appropriate steps to make this right, as opposed to leaving a review after the fact. Communication solves all problems.
