Shane on two different occasions that the item I requested they didn’t have . Even though I shown them screenshots that it is in fact on their list. Eventually after a lengthy period, they give me a refund… the irony is after they give me the refund they tried to sell me an item that I requested at a lower price .. this is unacceptable
