    Package arrived in very poor packaging. Duplexer was simply placed in a plastic mailer bag with no padding to protect it from damage. 2 corners were cut open and poking out of the bag. There was a small piece broken off when I opened it. However, unit works and printer is working again. Great price. Overall I am satisfied.

    Before the camera was shipped, I messaged the seller asking if the camera worked. No response. I received the camera, it didn't turn on. I messaged the seller. No response. I shipped the camera back and Ebay stepped in to issue my refund after 3 days. Camera was supposed to ship Priority Mail but shipped USPS Ground Advantage. I paid on the 6th, not shipped til the 9th and not received until the 14th. Way too long!! Horrible experience. I will never do business with this seller again.
