Gamers head back into the shadows as they take on the role of a stealthy ninja in "Tenchu Z." Designed to reward ninja-like stealth, players are encouraged to sneak up on foes and offer them a silent death. Unlike previous releases, this version gives gamers the opportunity to create their own pair of characters by using several customization options. They can choose the character’s clothing, alter its physical features, and even alter some of its skills. Players then lead their team through 50 levels of ninja action. Gamers may sneak through each environment by using a grappling hook to swing onto rooftops, or use a combination of smoke bombs, poison rice, and throwing stars to confuse and disorient the enemy.
