The computer has a defective bit device and couldn't find a local drive. I asked that they REPLACE the computer. There responded with a complicated repair suggestion before they would do any action. Then they wanted me to do it to them and give them a month to repair it. Now they promise to make the return process difficult for me. Do not... NOT TRUST these jokers. Terrible!
