The charger included was a cheap generic one from China and only worked for a day. The laptop overheats and is unreliable. I brought it from the US to Nicaragua for schoolwork, but it has been nothing but problems. I asked for a full refund due to misleading description, but the seller showed no interest and acted indifferent. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
