Unfortunately the item looked to be in perfect condition, but there was a security issue with the software making it unusable, which would have been difficult to impossible for the seller to have known before hand. The silver lining for me, is the seller immediately refunded with absolutely no hassle. The only thing that could have made this a better experience, is if it would have worked for us.
