But it's not exactly compatible with all hot shoe designs. Yet it can be modified by cutting off the ends with an angle grinder. Which is what I did and I used it to mount my Mead ETX 60 auto tracking telescope onto an old Yet good quality tripod. The price is very reasonable. The shipping was about normal.
