      Good: - Seller replied instantly to question - Item well-packed - Shipping quick - Laptop cosmetic condition good Not Good: - Main power USB-C port doesn't work or works very intermittently (slight movement of the power cord will cause disconnection). There is a docking USB-C port that does work so I can live with it, but this should have been disclosed. - The laptop has a strong perfume smell. Summary: Overall happy with the purchase despite the above caveats.

      It is a nice laptop and works as it should The only complaint is according to the add it said it was a gen 8 laptop it WAS NOT it is a gen 7 laptop also it said it had a i7-10501U CPU it DOES NOT it has ai7-8665U CPU I feel like the seller needs to post proper information
