Like it was brand new from 2001 condition. 4. Flawless electrically, tested by seller as described. Booted right up after hooking up power supply and video card. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS MOTHERBOARD!!! THANK YOU!!!

You have to use the Media Creation Tool on another computer. Not the end of the world but can see that as an issue for people without access to another computer. Overall great purchase and came sealed as described with a working key!
