They also sold me an open box and it arrived used with a user name. They sent me a micro SD card and the computer doesn't have a slot to use it. The unit was shipped from NH well packed double brown boxed with no product identification printed on the outside carton. The laptop included MS 11 Pro installed as well as lifetime version of the MS Office. The unit has backlight keyboard which is nice for working. The only drawback I found was that the unit is on the heavier side of the current laptop trend, but for its price value 32/500 SSD is quite fast with plenty of battery time.
