I tried to explain that the service he was using didn’t include the VAT I’d already paid but he just didn’t respond, and then canceled my order. Unfortunately eBay told me they can’t force seller to dispatch items even when paid. This Buyer and I exchanged 18 emails from 8:30am-2:30pm. He was told we only use trackable shipping,The UK only gives tracking with Priority Express not Priority we use the USPS. He was told to request invoice before paying but he didn’t, when I sent info to pay the extra $21 for Priority Express Shipping he refused, so we cancelled order & refunded immediately.
