Verkoper beweerde dat dit vermeld was, maar mogelijk later aangepast. Toen ik een retour startte, kreeg ik beschuldigingen dat ik onzorgvuldig was en excuses moest maken. Ik heb zelfs een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling voorgesteld om het probleem op te lossen, maar kreeg geen reactie. Slechte communicatie en onvriendelijke houding.

When I explained the issue, instead of listening, they argued with me and then snapped, to hurry up and return it I honestly don’t understand why they’re asking for feedback if they can’t take it. The listing also downplayed the problem: it said the camera dial was “a little oversensitive,” but in reality jumps through settings on its own and hard to use. Very unprofessional and confusing.
