I disagreed and demanded return label. Then sent me via eBay a return label with a bad address. For days, FedEx could not deliver the item so it was stuck as undelivered!!! While I patiently wait for the delivery so I can get a refund that never came. Took me a while to figure it out but now I know! It was intentional. So they were warned about the return policy for returning used condition items...pretty standard stuff...then they went haywire. As for the return, what a ridiculous claim. Caveat Venditor
