      very good condition , proper manual , already learned 3 correct procedures that been doing wrong for years. oiling the filter , wow. no wonder why they make cheap paper filters now. so the engine gets junked up with dirt and gears grind. answer to why my generator seized. took apart all nasty. following this manual for now on. good seller. thanks.
