Synopsis

The main menu screen is in the form of tabs, one for each chapter of the book plus other topics. Also included is a Windows freeware package from the US Government Voice of America organization, VOACAP, which is an HF propagation predictor. The CD also holds a directory providing offers from world suppliers of equipment and services.
