I do not like that a screen pops up obscuring your vision and your work I suppose it is updating the screen but usually happens right when you want to be using the screen. I would never buy another one of these. The seller should warn people about this situation. I am on linux mint so maybe you can shut it off in Windows since there is a spot to click says cancel or later. That does not work with mint so you have to wait it out.

Monitor was refurbished but I honestly can't tell, came in and out the box just like it's sold at stores. Great value for the money! OLED monitors look AMAZING! Hands down I'm happy with my purchase and no complaints on seller whatsoever! Highly recommend this place!
