It was unfortunate that during shipping, the tip of the left D-pillar broken.It was no fault of the seller because in the picture, the tip was on. I know sometime when packages make it to the delivery company, workers do not always handle the packages with care that have specific labels (Fragile, handle with care ). Once I spoke to the seller, he agreed to send me another one. He was very nice over the phone.
