I purchased two large & heavy books which were posted together without any protection other than a single plastic envelope which was torn open in transit. This was the least damaged of the two, but it was an expensive book & I was very unhappy that no extra care was taken to ensure it arrived in good condition. I buy regularly from WoB, so hope customer services will take note & make sure items are packed appropriately.
