    The Apple MacBook Pro I bought was not “new” as described, but “new (other)”. Smudges and fingerprints appear on the factory box, the wrapping, and the product itself. The battery – contrary to the seller’s claim – already has some charging cycles. Although a bit disappointed, I’m basically satisfied with the attitude: careful packaging, quick reply. After paying attention to the details, I would recommend this seller.
